About the program
A qualification, a job, and a pathway that keeps going.
ADAPT is an Indigenous traineeship program run by Red Invest Capital Holdings, a 100% Indigenous-owned investment group based in Perth. It creates genuine career pathways for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in engineering, architecture, project management and business administration.
Trainees earn while they learn. They work in a real role with a host business while completing a nationally recognised qualification, and they finish with both the experience and a certificate that belongs to them. It is not a short course or a work experience block.
What hosting involves
You provide the workplace
A real role where the trainee gains practical experience alongside your team while they study.
We handle the rest
Recruitment, training coordination and ongoing support sit with us, so the administrative load on your team stays low.
Supports your commitments
Hosting a trainee supports Indigenous employment participation targets and Reconciliation Action Plan commitments.
Acknowledgement of Country
Red Invest Capital Holdings acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we live and work, and pays respect to Elders past, present and emerging. We recognise the deep connection Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have with Country, and we honour that connection through the work we do every day.
